Who are we?

I am Marcela Martínez Moya, Headhunter with more than 15 years of experience and Executive Coach certified by Newfield Consulting in 2010. I am the founder and CEO of Grow Talent Solutions. 

I have created the Coaching based Headhunting methodology that uses executive and ontological coaching tools applied to personnel selection. Thanks to this methodology, on the one hand, a greater adaptation of the candidates to the needs of the company is achieved, and on the other, the candidates are helped to know each other better to make better decisions in their professional evolution.

At Grow Talent Solutions we are specialized in profiles of Engineers, Business Development, Sales and Marketing, Finance, HR and management profiles.
We have specialized divisions in the Renewable Energy, Digital & Big Data, Pharma and Retail industries. We collaborate with a team of Headhunters at an international level, trained in the Coaching based Headhunting methodology and also specialized in these fields, which allows us to meet high quality standards.

We work in Europe and Latin America.
