- Origin and Duty of Information (Art. 14 GDPR) GROW TALENT SOLUTIONS informs that when we obtain your data through external sources (such as public professional social networks, public databases, or recommendations), and proceed to incorporate them into our database for managing selection processes (under the basis of Legitimate Interest), we will send you complete information regarding the processing of your data (our identity, the purpose, and your rights) within one month from the data’s incorporation into our system, or at the time of the first communication with you, whichever comes first.
- Data Retention Period Data will be retained for the time necessary to fulfill the purpose for which it was collected: • Inquiries/Newsletter: They will be kept as long as the user does not request their deletion or revoke consent. • Candidacies: ◦ For the specific process: They will be kept until the completion of the selection process. ◦ For future processes: They will be kept for a maximum period of one year from obtaining consent for archiving, after which they will be securely deleted or a renewal of consent will be requested.
