We are looking for an Business Developer Solar- PV for one of our customers: one of the main global players in the field of renewable energies, which develops, designs, builds, and manages plants that generate clean energy. Moreover, Our client is a leading industrial manufacturer in China, which is focused on both the manufacturing of TIER 1 modules and the development of photovoltaic projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Propose and participate in the strategic and tactical business development planning and execution for the company.

  • Draw up sales action plans in line with the sales development strategy approved by the company.

  • Develop the company’s sales.

  • Analyze, identify and proactively qualify prospects for PV Solar Inverters, solar trackers and Transformers’ sales for Utility Scale ́s applications towards final deal closure.

  • Establish and negotiate strategic partnerships to achieve sales targets.

  • Maintain regular contact with the customer once the contract has been signed.

  • Bring deep understanding of customer processes and translate these into innovative solutions.

  • Maintain a deep understanding of the Spanish Solar PV Utility Scale Spanish market and information on price levels

  • Pro-actively participate in specific conferences, industry initiatives, roundtables, and associations, to help build the business in the target are.

    Your profile:

    • Min 5 years of experience as a Business Developer within the solar energy sector in Spain is essential

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Renewable Energies

    • Experience in building teams, businesses, or business units in dynamic environments

    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

    • Vast knowledge about market itself (clients, suppliers, etc.), market regulations and all Spanish requirements

    • Proficiency in written and spoken English and Spanish.

Able to travel and represent the company in various commercial engagements Engage, lead, motivate and inspire teams to success
Intrinsically motivated and energetic attitude

Languages:

Native in Spanish English: C1 (Required)
